PROJECT MANAGER

  • Location: Nashville, TN

  • Valuable member of the Henricksen team since June 2021

  • Education: BA, Interior Design from Middle Tennessee State University

  • Hometown: Brentwood, TN

As a Project Manager, Amy serves as an essential liaison between Henricksen’s internal teams (Account Executives, Design Consultants, Director of Project Integration), installation teams, and clients. It is Amy’s impressive organizational and problem solving skills that bring a project to its fruition. She is the team member responsible for coordinating all critical dates, product shipments, and deliveries with manufacturers, contractors, installers, and clients, all while managing several different projects simultaneously.

Amy provides her clients with paramount customer service. Acting as an extension of our Account Executives and Design Consultants from the beginning of a project to its close, Amy ensures that our clients’ projects are completed with exceeded expectations. From keeping clients abreast with up-to-date project documentation to processing punch items, Amy consistently represents her clients with integrity.

Spending time with family is one of Amy’s favorite pastimes. She and her husband, Doug, have been married for 19 years and have an 11 year-old daughter together, Emma. A fur baby, Buddy, has recently been added to the mix and keeps the family on their toes. Drawing portraits of people (and dogs!) is a wonderful artistic outlet for Amy. She also enjoys cooking and discovering new recipes to share with family and friends. She and her identical twin sister, Carrie, have lived in Brentwood since they were small children, and are often mistaken for one another when out and about! She has enjoyed watching the Nashville area transform into the amazing cultural hotspot that it is today and is proud to be serving clients in her hometown that she loves so dearly.
