As Henricksen TN’s Director of Design, Angie oversees the efforts of our design team, with Design Consultants in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. Her extensive experience in both the interior design and furniture industries makes her an invaluable resource for our Design and Workplace Consultants alike, as well as strengthens her to lead our talented team. In addition, Angie proudly holds an NCIDQ Certification from the Council for Interior Design Qualification. This is the industry’s recognized standard of a designer’s knowledge and proficiency in interior design principles, and epitomizes a designer’s commitment to the profession.

As one of Henricksen TN’s longest serving employees, her breadth of expertise in account management and interior design, particularly that as it relates to healthcare design, is priceless. In addition to her responsibilities within her role as Director of Design, Angie serves as a Senior Workplace Consultant. She is engaged in all facets of a project and collaborates with clients and design firms to plan, design, and implement their furniture solutions as a single point of contact. From the initial client meeting, to product and finish selection, to order entry, to installation, she is a consistent source of excellent design expertise and customer service. Angie specializes in healthcare and corporate environments, with her clientele including Community Health Systems, Knoxville Utilities Board, Electric Power Board of Chattanooga, and HCA Healthcare, to name a few.

Angie enjoys meeting with her book club each month, cooking her favorite recipes, and staying fit. She loves to host for her family and friends, and has even hosted a pool party and Thanksgiving meal for our Knoxville team at her beautiful home. Angie and her husband have two active sons together and one very active pup, Bodie. She is her sons’ biggest cheerleader at their eldest’s football games and their youngest’s competitive gymnastics meets. The whole family enjoys being outdoors year round, with snowboarding being their favorite winter activity. She and her husband love to hike and once hiked the entire Art Loeb trail (30 miles!) in the Pisgah Forest of NC in one day!
