As a Workplace Consultant, Kayla collaborates with clients and design firms to plan, design, and implement their furniture solutions as a single point of contact. The majority of Kayla’s clients fall within the corporate market, with several of her projects involving close collaboration with A&D firms. A great number of these projects engage in hospitality-influenced design, a rising trend in workplace environments that focuses on the employee experience and fosters community.

Kayla stands alongside her clients from a project’s start to finish. From the initial client meeting, to product and finish selection, to order entry, to installation, she is a consistent source of excellent design expertise and customer service. Kayla is passionate about helping clients better understand how high design furniture and thoughtful decisions can positively influence their environment. Her dedication to keeping up with current design trends, as well as implementing them in ways that enhance her clients spaces, demonstrates Henricksen’s agility in adapting to contemporary design concepts.

When away from her design projects, Kayla enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time with her dog. Living in a new city after moving from Ohio, Kayla gets excited about discovering fun things to do in Nashville, where there are new places popping up almost every month!
