For 20 years, Michael served as Owner + President of Synergy Business Environments, now Henricksen TN. He was also an Account Executive and had heavy involvement in all aspects of the business. In February 2022, we became part of the Henricksen family and since the acquisition, Michael has stepped into a new but familiar role as General Manager for all three Henricksen TN locations. He is continuing to manage some of his larger accounts - such as HCA, Surgery Partners, and Parallon - and client engagement remains one of his primary focuses.

Michael and his wife, Ann, have three children together, Eli, Olivia, and Max. Outside of work, Michael enjoys skiing, running, and stepping up his golf game.
