Susan has been an integral part of Henricksen TN’s backbone since joining the team in 2004. With over 30 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, Susan’s wealth of knowledge has guided Henricksen TN to becoming the well-oiled machine that it is today, with her overseeing our growth from a $3M company in 2004 to becoming part of a $200M+ company in 2022. Susan played an essential part when we were acquired by Henricksen in February 2022 and will continue to manage the administrative operations of all three Henricksen locations in TN, including accounting, project management, and procurement.

Susan loves to travel, read, hike, and spend time with family. She also enjoys doing home improvement projects on her family’s nearly 200-year-old home. Susan and her husband have been married for 23 years and have two children together. Her son, Colin Holmes, is a BUILT Team Installer with Henricksen TN and her daughter will be starting college in the 2022 fall semester.
