DIRECTOR OF PROJECT INTEGRATION


As Director of Project Integration, Trent is Henricksen TN‘s ‘man on the ground’ who ensures that installs are completed seamlessly and with our clients’ best interests in mind. Trent collaborates heavily with both our furniture and architectural project teams to ensure that our clients’ design concepts can be fully integrated into the final installation. Additionally, Trent manages our skilled, in-house install team and product warehouse. With over 20 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, Trent brings a wealth of skills in project management as well as perspective on getting a project from Point A to Point B in the field. Our clients can rely on Trent to bring their project to life, whether it be an education, healthcare, or corporate environment.

Trent supports our team with on-site logistics and installation planning and coordination. He frequently utilizes PlanGrid, a project management software, to quickly and efficiently complete punch, progress, and completion reports in the field. You may have even spotted Trent in our Parallon Installation Video → as he uses PlanGrid to fill out a completion report. Trent’s extensive background and hands-on experience in the commercial furniture industry aid him in troubleshooting whenever issues may arise, making him a trusted resource for our clients.

When he’s not onsite managing one of Henricksen’s installs or assisting our Project Managers with spec checking, Trent is a devoted family member, avid camper, dog lover, and bourbon enthusiast. He and his wife, Amy, have a beautiful family together - Trent’s twin son and daughter, Amy’s eldest daughters and their husbands, a granddaughter, and a beloved dog / adventure buddy, Tobi.
