- work with the Architect, Designer, and Client to generate a furniture plan

- review bill of materials to ensure furniture package is within budget

- submit a weekly product-tracking log for review

- review product acknowledgments for accuracy

- create and update weekly project status report for all product manufacturers - includes shipping, arrival, and installation start dates

- coordinate installation with facilities team, general contractor, and other trades

- maintain complete transparency from the time furniture is ordered to the time of your project’s installation

- issue weekly reports to keep your team updated and informed in real time

- utilize PlanGrid technology to access all project information on-site to keep everyone connected through the project lifecycle

- receive product at warehouse

- deliver product per location instruction

- install product within the specified time frame

- maintain clear communication with the team and Client to establish transparency throughout the project lifecycle

- coordinate all critical dates for product shipments, deliveries, contractors, and installers

- maintain detailed project documentation and provide comprehensive status reports

- provide product and ergonomics training after move-in

- handle repairs, replacements, and warranty claims

- design future reconfigurations
